AHS Basements takes pride in our business model, accurate and affordable pricing with a "pay as you go" process of construction. On site supervision daily and open lines of communication are essential in the construction process. We use only licensed and insured subcontractors, and many scopes of work are performed by our "in house" crew. We handle all permits and inspections, and have performed over 100 basement finishes in the Fort Collins area. Estimates are accurate and guaranteed, with no surprise charges. We realize the stress of choosing a contractor, and are confident in our process and ability to make your project a positive experience.
